Debra McCormack
From Artist to Doctor and now back to Artist…it is a circle complete.
After working in the graphic arts arena for over 15 years, my husband, who was a career Marine, and I were stationed in Japan for 4 years. During that time I did little in the world of graphic art.
On coming back to the US, I made the decision to go to medical school. After a 25 year career in medicine, I retired. Wanting to get back to my art background, I tried different mediums and found polymer clay, sculpting realistic and fictional characters a destination I wanted to pursue. With each of the characters, I put in all my creative effort and produce a sculpted piece for all to enjoy.
