Jill Starkey

I was born 1950 Newark, New Jersey. I moved in 1972 to Denver Colorado to attend Rocky Mt School of Art following 3 years at Newark School of Fine and Industrial Arts, Newark NJ.

 

In 1974 I moved to the San Luis Valley in Colorado where I started a sign painting business as well as teaching art privately in 1982. 

 

I am a founding member of Steel City Art Works Gallery in Pueblo in 2006 to present.  I still teach art classes two times a week in my home studio.
